What is an Upstander and how to be one?
An Upstander is someone who helps himself or herself and others if they are being bullied or need help.
You can be an Upstander by:
* Telling an adult that you or someone else needs help.
* Tell the bully to stop saying or doing mean things to you or others.
* Get other kids to come help you stand up for yourself or others.
* Play with the kids who are being bullied so they have a buddy.
* Use Habit 8 - Find Your Voice - to stand up for yourself and others.
